Cancellation Policy

I completely understand that things can come up. I value your time, and hope you value mine too. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify me no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify in time will incur a rebooking fee of $25 PER service that will need to be paid before scheduling another appointment. In the event that you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule but if there is space in my schedule to continue with the service there will be a $15 late charge.
